This is the first time I have used Louisville Collison Center for my vehicle, and they did not disappoint. The team is always friendly, honest, and doesn't try to push unnecessary services. They provided a clear, detailed estimate and stuck to it. The repair was completed efficiently, and the communication was good. Their quality of work is excellent, prices are competitive, and the customer service is second to none. I trust them completely with my collision needs and would recommend them to everyone. I will never use another body shop again. Special thanks to Steve and Shawn for making it happen.
Louisville Collision Center had to replace the panoramic sunroof in my 2016 KIA Soul Exclaim after it was shattered by a falling limb. After the insurance company insisted on sending them 3 nonfunctional or damaged salvage sunroofs, Lou Collision successfully argued for State Farm to send them a brand new sunroof assembly. Once in hand the new assembly was promptly installed. Due solely to the obstinance of State Farm Insurance the whole process took 2 months but Steve and his staff stood up for me. In addition communications throughout were excellent and the quality of customer service by Steve and his staff was outstanding.

Simply, exceptional work done and they even cleaned my car. Which was dirty. Additionally, Shawn was professional and good at communication with me. It's difficult to find a genuine, professional car shop out there nowadays, right? I hope this review is useful and adds to the industry integrity and performance.
