Emily was so gentle with my hair while washing and removing my extensions! I absolutely recommend love is in the hair extensions, the service is just amazing and relaxing I will keep going as longest I can to get my hair done.
Highly recommend! The quality of the hair is impeccable— virtually invisible install and beautiful! Emily did an amazing job on my hair! She was so gentle and took great care to not damage any natural hair and the install looks FABULOUS. Will definitely be coming back!

I was a loyal customer for one year and unfortunately the inconsistency of employees is high. You will never have the same person assist you. Even when you book you don’t have an option to choose your hair stylist person but it seems like they are down to one employee and the owner so you will have better luck. Be cautious you are not allowed to complain about a service either they will try and fix it and you should just go with it because if not the owner will tell you immediately she no longer cares to have you as a customer. Every time I went I had a new person and every time it was different results. I was blocked from contacting them because I was not happy that’s how they keep customers happy by blocking you and not keep you happy especially of how expensive services are. What’s more upsetting is when I went to have them fix what was done wrong. To be specific the lady who placed the weft totally agreed the weft was not fabricated correctly so she then proceeds to cut it. Which resulted in still looking bad. She tells me to come in on a specific day so the owner can fix it because she reconfirms the weft is not good from the poor quality, only to be messaged by the owner to tell me I will no longer have their services, because she wishes not to fix the issue that was not my fault of the poor quality material yet they charge very expensive. Please do your research before going to someone who has poor customer service, better yet you have no right to voice your concerns here.
Very happy with the service!! If you guys want natural hair extensions this is the place to go, my hair extensions look so real ppl think it’s my hair!! The ladies were so welcoming! I have found my forever salon!! This is a place you can trust with your hair!!
