Came in just to have a bracelet shortened, but ended up seeing & falling in love with a beautiful pair of diamond earrings. They were more than I wanted to spend, but Kelly very nicely worked with me to bring the price down. Very nice & quick service, too!0

First, you have to be patient when working with LSO. They’re not there to just sell you something. They listen and want to provide you with exactly what you are looking for or had in mind. They’re professional, reasonable, and more importantly accommodating. I have been going to them for a few years now and have never been disappointed. I can’t say enough good things about LSO Jewelers and Repair! I brought in a bracelet that was looking pretty dull and worn, and they polished it beautifully—it looks absolutely stunning now, like it just came out of the box. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Kelly, in particular, was amazing—so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable leaving my jewelry in their care. It’s clear that they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future repairs or jewelry needs.
