Overall a great experience! We enjoyed drinks, arcade games and food. The arcade games were priced well, drinks were made great and food was timely. Being able to order on our phones worked out great while it was busy.

Everything was going smoothly until it came to ordering food. My group is vegetarian and wherever we go and order food, we make sure to say NO MEAT in any way. We ordered nachos and specifically assured to not add meat and make it vegetarian. We received beef in our nachos! It definitely ruined our evening. And to be honest this place didn’t have rush on Christmas Day , how can this happen ? To be honest i am not coming to this place anymore

Extremely Disproportioned!!! The staff was rude about providing 2 lanes when I specifically called and checked that I have a party of 8 & I will need 2 lanes and they were rude to my friends and me to provide 2 lanes enough as if I was getting it was free!! They disassociated with what the sales team said and gave is no choice but play one lane. Moreover our group specifically ordered for veggies nachos with NO MEAT! but they added BEEF to it .. my group is extremely RELIGIOUS AND this was very much against our beliefs to consume BEEF... my holiday plans were ruined by lucky strike and their staff.

Lucky Strike Somerville is a fantastic spot! The staff there were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everyone had a great time without being overbearing. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the team really goes the extra mile to create a fun and comfortable experience. Definitely a place I'd recommend for a chill night out.

I went to celebrate a friend and the experience was very disappointing. It took our server close to 30 after our food was served to bring us water & napkins (we were pretty much done eating at the point). They took my friend french fries to change them since they brought the wrong ones and it took another 15 min, this is also after we were done with our food. It wasn’t even a matter of them being super busy, there were a lot of empty tables but rather them tending to a table of what it seemed to be friends of the manager, can’t tell if that’s who he was to be honest but since we were sitting next to them it was very easy to notice how they were only focused on this one table. Food was okay I guess, they did bring out the wrong thing for 3 of the people in the group tho. I guess the games are okay as far an arcades go but nothing outstanding.
