Lumière Salon is truly the best. When I first started going there three years ago, my hair was very fine, dry, and damaged. Over time, Ash has helped get my hair healthy again and I couldn’t be happier with how my colour holds now. I’ve also had extensions with Abby to thicken up my hair - she is the queen of hair extensions, honestly! They are honest about their product recommendations and there’s never any pressure to buy things you don’t need. I also love that they provide a quote at the start of each appointment, and the pre-service massage is the best. My husband and son also see Erik as their barber, and he does an amazing job every time. They always love their cuts and to please a 14 year old is hard!
Erik and the team create a really positive and safe male self-care environment. Erik has a great eye for detail, and provides an excellent barber service. The hairwash, head massage, massage seat, and advice is top notch. Great experience, high quality, excellent hair cut! Would recommend!
I couldn’t recommend this salon enough. I had my first appointment at Lumière last week, and I’ve genuinely loved how my hair has looked and felt ever since. Poppy did my hair and she was absolutely incredible — so kind, attentive, and instantly easy to trust. She really listened to what I wanted and still managed to deliver something even better than I imagined. My colour is bright, creamy, and fresh, and the cut has brought so much health and life back into my hair. The salon itself felt like a little retreat. Every member of the team was welcoming and highly professional, creating an atmosphere that was both luxurious and comforting. I left feeling relaxed, looked after, and genuinely so happy with the result. Thank you again, Lumière — I’m already excited for my next visit.
I've been a loyal client of Ash's for the past 8 years, and I can confidently say she is one of the most dedicated and thoughtful hairdressers I've known. Ash consistently takes the time to truly listen to my needs, offering expert advice, like how to keep my colour low-maintenance, which was especially helpful during my pregnancy and postpartum journey. Ash’s haircuts also look great right up until my next appointment. What sets Ash apart is not just her talent, but the care she puts into every aspect of her business. She ensures her team is trained to the highest standards, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and professional. Even when Ash was on maternity leave, she made sure I was looked after by the wonderful and talented Kim, leaving such detailed notes that I felt completely supported and in great hands. Abby also does an incredible job of running a warm, welcoming, and organised salon. The entire team makes every visit feel special. I always leave feeling cared for, and confident in their expertise. Highly recommend!
I have been going to Lumiere for several years now and absolutely love the team and the professional services! Charlotte does the most amazing blow waves and I cannot recommend her more highly. I am blonde and the colour from all the stylists is always so fresh and creamy and it is the healthiest my hair has felt in years.
