I would really recommend lunn’s,I came home to this beauty today and it was made possible by a lady named Emma that works there,I searched high and low and could not find one,Emma went over and above to make sure I had it before Christmas,I will without doubt shop here again,great service and even better staff,I hope ye have a great Christmas because ye made mine 🫶
Amazing experience with the team in Queen’s Arcade Rolex Boutique. The shop is beautiful and an amazing sight to see on its own without the watches. More importantly though the team are really welcoming. I have always had amazing service with Ben who is incredibly knowledgable, accessible and friendly. My wife and I were made to feel so at home by Victoria yesterday and Peter, the manager is very down to earth and creates a great atmosphere. 10/10
We’ve been customers of Lunn’s for a while now and have a few beautiful pieces from them, including my engagement ring. I recently had my ring altered, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Maggie was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient — she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend Lunn’s for anyone looking for exceptional service and quality. 😊
We had the pleasure of being looked after by Claire G at the Queen's Arcade store - she is a credit to the team! Claire built a rapport straight away from my initial email query, and made choosing my engagement and wedding ring seamless. Going the extra mile to keep spots in her diary clear to personally see me when collecting and having my engagement ring resized was equally appreciated. The Lunn's customer experience itself also warrants a mention - luxury seating areas, champagne and chocolates, private time to consider your purchase without feeling rushed or obligated, a stunning jewellery box to keep your engagement ring and other jewellery safe. Would highly recommend, and will definitely return for any future jewellery purchases ✨
