Amazing!!!!! It was a very relaxing and refreshing. Lindsey was my therapist for Fresh facial and she did a fantastic job. The finger pressure she put on the face while massaging helped release a lot of tension from my face. Overall the whole experience was fantastic. I hope I can come back soon…
Had an amazing holistic experience. Your're greeted and talked through your treatment in their comfy seating area beforehand. All the staff here are knowledgeable and friendly. I had the good hour treatment and was treated by the lovely Amy. My needs for privacy and a female therapist was met with respect. Top it off with a nice cup of black tea with a biscuit or fruit ❤️
Had such a great experience at Lush! Huge thank you to Brinja, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to help us pick the products I needed, explained how to use them, and also introduced me to some new ones I hadn’t tried before. I really appreciated her recommendations and the samples she sent to me to test at home. Amazing customer service — made the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!
I visited the spa for the first time today for a rewilding facial treatment. The therapist Sandra was brilliant, talking through all the products and steps prior to entering the treatment room. It was such a relaxing atmosphere and I can hands down say the best spa experience I've ever had. Afterwards I was given a lovely probiotic drink. I'd recommend the spa to anyone, it's a lovely atmosphere and makes you forget you're in the middle of a busy city!
It was my first time visit as my birthday treat , a one hour Validation facial treatment . I arrived 15 mins before appointment just because I need to discuss with my therapist Sandra what products will be using on my face for each step . I didn’t realise that level of detail and care at all , very impressed. The treatment was so lovely , Sandra got her technique of massage , really nice and the only bad thing was timing is just too short to enjoy 🤣 Need to mention the fresh fruit drink given to me afterwards that was sooo nice ! Over half of glass were full of fruits ! I felt so energised and detoxing after all . Recommended 👍🏻👍🏻
