First, communication is great! I come from service industry, everything was spectacular. This is what to book when planning a good get together or party. This will be an annual event space. Thank you.
My Experience was good at the beginning. Terrance showed us the venue the beginning of January and gave us a good price for my daughters sweet sixteen that was going to be in June. Fast forward my daughter decides she no longer wants to do a sweet sixteen. Fine by me this is only the beginning February and it still gives me plenty of time for me to get my deposit back. I contact Terrance for my refund on February 7. He says no problem he’s out of town give him until newt week Wednesday. Cool no problem. Wednesday February 12th comes. I contact him.Nothing no answer. Ok. I give him a few more days. Nothing. This man his given me excuse after excuse about my refund. So come Monday I will be at the courthouse filling a small claims suit. This is unacceptable. I gave you AMPLE time to give me my money back and AMPLE notice so that you wouldn’t lose money if someone else wanted to book the date.
Wonderful venue! Looks just like the pictures! We had two venues cancel on us for a video shoot at the last minute and lost so much money. I found LUX, and had only 3 days to work with before the anticipated date. Quick response for a tour, even quicker response when they know you're in a rush! Ha! I was able to book last minute. Easy going contract, easy going check in, easy going stay!! Intimate, nice, sleek venue. It's literally just enough!! I'm booking again!
Other pictures to follow…. This is an amazing cozy venue for a crowd of 60 or less. Quaint & spacious! Center pieces & table cloths are included which is a very nice plus!!! Please utilize this venue you won’t be sorry!
Throwing a birthday party can be very stressful but my experience with Lux Events was nothing short of fabulous! They answered all my questions with patience and guided me through the process. Their expertise really made me feel completely at ease. The venue was pristine – clean as a whistle and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all my guests. The decor in the space was chic and inviting, setting the perfect mood for my celebration. The place also provided ample parking for all my guests. All I had to do was set the date, book the room, and send out the invites which made the whole process very simple and easy. I highly recommend Lux Events. They are the real deal – professional, accommodating, and an absolute joy to work with. Thank you Lux Events for making my birthday party a huge success.
