I have been going here for about a year or so for laser tattoo removal. I have always felt comfortable and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean and smells good! When i check in I have never had to wait long to be seen. So far ive had good results and hope to obtain full removal.
What stood out the most about my visit is the time she took explaining how the tattoo removal process works. She made me feel comfortable and confident all in one and I can't thank her enough! Excited for my next visit.
NP Shazeeda made me very comfortable and explained the process of laser tattoo removal thoroughly. She carefully went over aftercare and I look forward to completing the process. The front office was super, adjusting my appointment time on the fly due to severe weather. Highly recommend!

Nichole is the best!! She really knows her stuff and has a genuine and beautiful personality. I only go twice a year but she makes you feel like a friend, and look 10 years younger! That's worth every penny in my opinion. Shout out to the amazing front desk staff as well!!
