I travel a lot and frequent a lot of different salons in QLD. Luxe Nail Salon is hands down the best I’ve been to in Australia. I’ve never felt so welcomed and pampered, and their work is without fault. I’ve never had such a clean and neat application of acrylics! If I was local, I’d never go elsewhere but here. The salon looked really well taken care of and its obvious the staff care a lot about the cleanliness and hygiene of the store. Thank you for making me feel like a queen ❤️💅🏼
Amazing service!! The staff helped educate my partner and I about builder gel top coat refills. Sometimes I find many salons can try take advantage of men who aren't that informed about getting their nails done, but Luxe treated us great. It was so lovely! Our nails look AMAZING! Thank you so much Luxe staff, we will definitely return in the future.
I am not going here again. My natural nails were filed down so much they now bend. They were strong and healthy before. I have been here before and got a manicure and the whole time the man tried to upsell me to gel but I just wanted normal polish. This time I did get gel polish. Website says gel manicure $50 I happily wanted to pay more for white dots to be added and understand that's normally $5-$15 extra. Paid $85 For gel polish ... On my natural nails. No extensions no building or sculpting. I was in and out for 20 mins. No manicure perks like hand cream, massage, scrub... Nothing. No nail oil. Nothing. Was told $50 for gel refill and the polka dots is $25 extra. And then was charged $85. Pretty sure $25 + $50 is $75. I have never paid more than $70 for a gel polish even with a design. The whole point I get gel polish and nothing more is cause it's cheaper than sns, extensions, gel builder and such. When filing the file went down to my nail bed and I felt a strong burn, yes that can happen sometimes and it's a little burn but shouldn't happen on every nail. If you want to pay that for a gel polish that is fair but I personally go else were normally pay less and get better treatment on my nails. 2nd photo is from Luxe Nails with short length and 1st is my natural nails before I broke a few when moving which brought me to my trip at Luxe nails.
I came on a Sunday close to Christmas and the service was incredible I was treated with such kindness. I had a pretty complex design and they outdid themselves I am so happy with my nails I highly recommend going here the atmosphere and staff are amazing. 🤩🤩🤩
Got my nails done for my birthday here, I seriously cannot recommend these guys enough. Upon walking the atmosphere is incredible everyone is so kind and welcoming, we were laughing and having fun the whole time. They seriously take care to make sure you are having the right thickness length and shape to suit your nails. And the speed was actually mind blowing, in and out in just an hour with a complex design and a full set of acrylics, the price is so good as well there’s actually nothing to complain about with Luxe nails if I could give them 10 stars I would. I’ll DEFINITELY be back 🫶
