Luxurway saved the day when a well known rental site failed me! The location I was in before was in a dangerous area, even though the home owner told me it was safe! If you want a safe place to stay in Houston, Noy from Luxurway will make sure you have safety and great accommodations! Luxurway knows the area unlike a large rental service! My husband was at MD Anderson for a 4 weeks and our rental was the best set up for him when we had to stay in the area for another 4 weeks until he could fly again. The location was in a great neighborhood with a security system for added safety. Also, the large ranch was easy for my husband to get around with his walker. If there were any issues, Noy took care of it right away! Stay away from the rental sites that know nothing about Houston and contact Noy at Luxurway!
We’ve been renting from this wonderful family-owned company during our time in Houston, and I can’t say enough good things about them. The property owners have been supportive, caring, and genuinely attentive from day one — truly a bouquet of superlatives. They’ve gone out of their way to make sure everything is well maintained, comfortable, and feels like home. It’s rare to find landlords who combine professionalism with such sincere kindness and humanity. We’ve been fortunate to have them, and I recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a place managed by people who truly care about their tenants.
Luxurway was a real life saver after a house fire. They have a number of fully furnished homes in the area that were all great options. The owners personally showed us through three of the best options within one day's notice. We stayed for 8 months while our home was being repaired. Everything about the experience was easy. The house was fully furnished and stocked with everything you need from silverware, wifi, coffee machines, towels, soap & comfortable beds. The owners are quite flexible and extremely responsible to any issues that arise. It truly felt like home away from home, just bring your clothes.
Luxurway was perfect for our needs when we stayed in Houston for over two months for healthcare reasons! The home we rented was clean, well-stocked, just a few minutes from Texas Medical center, and in a safe & comfortable neighborhood! Best of all, our two dogs were able to stay with us! Luxurway was so easy to work with when we had to extend our stay four separate times, sometimes almost at the last minute due to changing medical appointment schedules. They were also quick to respond and resolve the few home maintenance issues!
We had two truly wonderful stays at Luxurway's rental houses in Houston, TX! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at home. The houses we stayed in were clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Our hostess went above and beyond with her hospitality - She was warm, responsive, and genuinely cared that we had the best experience possible. Her homes showed pride of ownership, from the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our family to stay in. Very highly recommended!
