This place always gets a big thumbs up from me! The environment is pleasant and everything is very clean and welcoming. This is the only place I feel comfortable going for my Brazilian and eyebrow waxes. They are always very polite and upbeat. They are good at educating on aftercare as well which I appreciate. They have one product, aloe clear, which always helps me a lot with irritation after waxes.
I was pretty nervous getting a wax for the first time a little over a month ago, but the front desk staff was friendly and the waxer, Lilly, was incredibly nice. She made the whole experience really comfortable despite my anxiety and explained everything so well. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly and would 100% recommend!
This is the only place I trust with all my waxing needs. They are consummate professionals and are very knowledgeable, they're also super conscientious of a persons dignity. They also tend to be quick, yet through, I never leave with any hair left on my face that I didn't want! Their prices are also fair and they always do their best for you. They also recently added nail and hair to their roster and their hair specialist is FANTASTIC! I went from an almost white platinum to a deep ashy red ombre, and she managed to preserve a lot of the white tips of my blonde (as I requested) Jessie is amazing, makes you feel seen, takes all your suggestions and does her darnedest to incorporate it! She's also super gregarious, which helped the time just fly on by!
First off, the prices were very great, compared to average. Additionally, my hairstylist, Jessie, made the whole hairstyling and Blonde Root Touch-up go by so quick! She did a perfect color match to what I wanted, and compared it to my undertones, of which blonde color looked best on me! She was very attentive, patient, and super careful. She is also super friendly and kept every part of the experience fun and inviting, making the time just fly by! I’ve also been getting waxed here for about a year now, and love the work they do! I get a Brazilian and my underarms waxed, and every person I’ve had are always great with clean-up, and make an effort to get every stubborn hair! They also make you feel super comfortable, for it being an intimate spot, and give you no shame if you need a break during the session. I recommend this place to anyone who might be afraid of getting waxed and implore them to give it a chance! These ladies make the 15 minutes of pain, the fastest it can go, with the best results!
I have been going to LWS Spa since July for all of my beauty needs and I'm always amazed at their customer service and attention to detail. I have some severe allergies, and they are so good about checking ingredients, and making sure that I am comfortable. I see Ashley for facials and headspa, Lilly for my leg and underarm waxing, and Jessie & Mary for my haircolor and haircuts. I highly recommend them!
