Recently, I was involved in my first accident in early August. Although I was cited, the accident was not my fault. It was a four-car collision caused by a driver who swerved to exit the freeway in front of us. The car behind me was tailgating, which left me and the car in front of me sandwiched with nowhere to swerve—there was construction and bottlenecked traffic in the left lane and a cement wall on the right. Both the driver who caused the accident and the one behind me sped away. I was shaken, scared, and overwhelmed, unsure of what to do. To make matters worse, I was close to paying off my car. I’ve always been a careful driver, and the chaos on the roads today is infuriating. Careless, thoughtless drivers who don’t maintain safe distances and weave in and out like daredevils make driving incredibly frustrating. The patrol officer called a company to tow my car. When I contacted M & G Body to tow my truck to their lot and assess the damage, they arrived at the impound lot bright and early. The M & G tow driver was friendly, helpful, and quick. Linda and Melissa from M & G promptly provided cost-saving guidance and outlined my next steps to expedite the process. Charlie assessed my car and recommended getting a new one, as the repair costs exceeded the car’s value. Throughout the entire process, I felt cared for, heard, and guided on how to move forward after the wreck. Their customer service was impeccable. Charlie offered valuable insight into my options, including selling the car to a junkyard or to someone interested in the parts or the whole vehicle. I will absolutely reach out to them for any future inquiries. M & G Body turned a traumatic situation into a more manageable experience through their motivation, professionalism, and expertise. Linda even gave me helpful advice on how to care for my sprained wrist and forearm. Thank you to M & G—I cannot thank them enough! I highly recommend their services.

My experience at M&G body shop was absolutely incredible and easy! As an NFL cheerleader with a busy schedule my car gets messy quickly and this was such an efficient way to get it cleaned above and beyond my expectations.
