If I could give zero stars, I would. I called to see if we could reserve a canopy and I was immediately bombarded with ridiculous service. Asking me questions very aggressively. I get you need to know more information, but there are different ways you can ask. They must not want my service and they definitely wont be getting it from me.
There pricing and same day service is why I choose them but this time I felt uneasy and uncomfortable almost as I was being racially targeted. I've know them to make copies of your ID but she took pictures of my car and license plate. Like you have all my personal information and I all I paid was 24 Dollars. ans left a cash deposit. I feel so violated.
I called M&M rental two weeks ago because the last party rental place canceled on me last minute. I was stressed out until I spoke with Jessica. I explained my situation with her and she immediately helped me with what I needed. She did not hesitate to take the stress off my shoulders and ensure that I had everything I needed for my event. Jessica went the extra mile and offered me the margarita machine. She promised me the guest would love it. And she was right. Everyone was talking about it all night. The delivery guys were on time and everything went as planned. Thank you so much, Jessica. You were very professional, kind, and helpful. I will highly recommend your business to my friends and family. 🙏🏼
The admin that helped me were extremely professional and accommodating to my tight schedule. My order was complete and the drivers were early which is always a good thing in the event business. They were fast and helpful and also really great to coordinate with. I will definitely be using them every time we are down here in Long Beach.
La señora mayor que trabaja allí tiene un servicio al cliente horrible; cuando fui a recoger la única mesa que alquilé, que era una mesa para barra de ensaladas, me hostigó por tener cuidado de no romperla. Primero dijo que la mesa valía 300$ si la rompía; luego dijo 1,000$ si la rompía. Le pedí, por favor, que no añadiera estrés a mi día de fiesta feliz y le aseguré que hago esto con mucha frecuencia, soy muy cuidadosa con las cosas de otras personas. Luego empezó a decirle a mi marido cómo cargarla en su camión, jaja, y él es profesional de las mudanzas (se ve tonta) diciéndome que si la rompemos ella tiene mi tarjeta de débito. Si pudiera darle un cero, lo haría; si hubiera tenido otras opciones con una barra de ensaladas ese día, créeme, habría dejado esa mesa allí con certeza, pero realmente la necesitaba y cuando la devolví, soporté su tortura para poder usarla ese día. La devolví intacta al día siguiente. Le hice saber su grosería y básicamente pensó que tenía razón. La señora mayor de allí debería dar buenas vibras, no vibras de estrés.
