Had a great experience here with a minor repair to my suit pants. Maher quoted me two options depending on the work involved. When I picked up the pants I was pleased to find out he had been able to make the repair with the cheaper option. Great work and service.
Maher took care of two alterations for me; a pair of linen slacks which were much too wide in the waist, and a letting down a pair of chinos and adding cuffs. The results were magnificent. With the linen, where most tailors would take the trousers in at the back seam (which can ruin the balance of the trouser) Maher moved the extra volume forward and made already existing pleats much deeper. This maintained the drape of the trouser. He also fixed the cuffs which were too thin for the length of the inseam. With the chinos, he did a perfect job letting the inseam down and creating about 5cm cuffs. The chinos were already well worn and had fading where the previous hem had been - a simply turn up cuff would have shown this old crease line and ruined the look. Maher expertly hid the old fading in ways I cannot explain and created a beautiful cuff. Cannot recommend Maher enough. A damn fair price for complex alterations and in a very short turnaround during the new year period. Thank you Maher! Tom
I first met Maher when he helped alter my son's school uniform after we first moved to Sydney; he then altered two skirts and a pair of dress slacks for me, taking them down almost 2 full sizes. Work was beautiful -- accurate and undetectable. Prices were eminently fair, and turnaround was quick: less than a week both times. Maher truly cares about his craft. For one of my skirts, we had planned on just taking off fabric from each side, but after Maher started work, he wound up taking the extra step of moving one of the internal pockets so that they would be properly positioned. He did so without up-charging me, refusing to take more than what he quoted me initially even though it must have taken additional time and labor. Above all, Maher is just the loveliest human being, with the funniest stories about his family. I'm so glad to have found him and will definitely be bringing him all of my tailoring work moving forward.

I am truely so grateful to have found Maher. I have been trying to find a great tailor in the city for a year. Thankfully, I came a across Maher's business and with all the great reviews, I thought I should give him a go. I was not disappointed at all! He is super friendly, knew exactly what he was doing, super professional and altered my pants perfectly. I will definitely be back!
