Not overly impressed. My wife went in to get her nails and Pedi and the Pedi was fine, the nails were a disaster. Chipping the first day, and eventually we had to go get them replaced. Nice enough but just not the quality for near what we paid.
A bit pricy but very nice place! We called Sunday and they accepted us. My husband said how Mani-Pedi was OK but he expected some more pressure and massage 😅 My Pedicure was great, I picked the red color and it came out very nice and clean. I ask for natural almond shape, dip nails, And they turned out amazing! I’m very picky and I annoyed him a lot, but he did amazing! 🥰🙏 My daughter had her first dip experience and she loved it, She had a lot of compliment at her school (Which is a big deal for her 😁🙄) And broke one of the attachments on her nail! 😳 I went back Monday after school and they fixed it without any charge, She fixed even the other one that wasn’t broken to make sure it never breaks 😂🤓 her name is “Hena” if you’re interested! (I hope I spelled it correctly 🙃) Great service, sweet people, even with my iffy attitude (I try! But I know I look bad sometimes! 🫣) Ps: My daughter is 10 years old, and her nails are as tiny as 1/8 of an inch! You judge the design!!! 🥰🥰
(Nail Tech Hanah) I came in a few days ago and asked for a full set of acrylics. At first they seemed super nice. I sat down, picked my colors and Hanah started getting everything ready. instead of using Acrylic powder like I had asked she used some type of Gel that caused my nails to BURN every time they would be placed under the light to cure. I ignored it and pushed through the pain because I was kind of short on time. She got done and started drilling the nails down and ended up hitting my cuticle and then she proceeds to tell me to stop moving when I wasn’t. She begins the nail design that I had previously asked if she could do and she said “yes” once she was done I made her redo them because they looked TERRIBLE. She redid them them after rolling her eyes and they still looked terrible but like I said I was short on time. She finished and took me to the front desk to pay. I then proceeded to pay $111 for nails that were NOT worth that. I walked out and sucked it up. I got to the car and then really looked at them and notice how bad they actually were. I messaged them about coming in a getting them redone with the correct product. I received a very unprofessional response back and refused my request. They then fell off after a week/2 weeks. Mine usually last over a month. They come off and my nails are DESTROYED. My nails are now peeling, have deep indents in each nail and hurt very bad. I’m going to post some pictures of my nails right after, once they fell off, and the messages I received.
Horrible experience – stay away. I called ahead and was quoted $50 for a gel manicure on my natural nails. When I arrived, they assigned me a technician who was completely unprofessional. He applied thick, uneven gel layers, then used a drill that damaged all my natural nails. I asked for thinner application, but he insisted it would look fine after polish – it didn’t. My cuticles were butchered, and the polish was a mess. Three nails had to be redone due to visible hair and dust. When I pointed out a long hair stuck in one nail, he acted like it was no big deal. I expected a proper manicure with cuticle care, but only after the polish was applied did he trim the cuticles – and then told me it’s “normally $5 extra” but he’d do it for free. At the end, they tried to charge me $60, calling it a “full set” (on my natural nails??). I reminded them I was quoted $50. The owner said she’d give me a 10% discount – but then still charged me the full $50. She even took a picture of my nails “for educational purposes,” which was insulting. Once I got home, I realized just how bad it was – uneven shapes, one nail shorter than the rest, inconsistent color, and my skin around the nails was torn up. My nails look and feel awful. Save yourself the frustration. This place is unprofessional, overpriced, and clearly doesn’t care about quality.
Got a pedi and mani nails, and pedi was fine but my manicure was where it went downhill. He hacked my nails off… I wish a had a picture but he was taking the nail clippers and peeling my acrylics off. So they are looking quite janky AND this is now hurting. I should’ve said something then but then he doesn’t clean my nails up he proceeds to put the gel-x on top of my now janky nails. Which then proceeds to drip globs of the gel-x on my skin which then burned under the lamp. So now burning and sore from the hack job with the pointy nail clipper. So cut and burned. I got my $65 back but they need to make sure everyone knows how to do the job they need to do. I would’ve waited to get someone who was experienced, but no they needed the money and free chair and were hoping we weren’t going to say anything. I left in tears and will not be back. Choose your technician wisely. Not everyone has the same skill but they will put you through no matter what. My nails before were nice and long now they are short and stubby. See pictures below. Uneven gel-x with varying lumpy nails beds now. Pics don’t do it justice tbh
