Always a good experience!...the office staff and medical staff has always been phenomenal...started taking my daughter at the time was ten years old, she had Dr. Stewart and my son at the time was nine years old, he was seen by the man Dr. Amamoo...today my daughter is (24), my son (23)...my youngest is fourteen and she has been a patient there since she was a newborn, she is seen by the Dr. Stewart...keep up the great work! Magnolia Pediatrics!
Both of my daughter's are patients here and there is usually a short wait time before getting called to the back. The staff is always informative and knowledgeable and the Dr is humorous and caring. Gives great attention to detail to the kids and makes sure they feel comfortable.
I have tried to be patient with this office because I like Dr. Stewart..she’s a sweetheart. But the office staff is terrible. I’ve been waiting a month for a referral.. once you call and ask about it…they will give some type of excuse just to get you off the phone. They are extremely slow and unprofessional and don’t care about YOUR child. The last appointment we had the lady at the front desk had HER baby in her lap. That’s unacceptable and I will be transferring my child to more professional caring provider.
Love Dr. Stewart. My husband and his family have all taken the kids here since forever. The only reason I gave 4 stars is sometimes the wait is long but Dr. Stewart is great and I always feel like my kids are heard and taken care of. I've had no problems getting an appointment the same day if my children are sick.
I’ve been bringing my son here for 12 years and he looks forward to talking to Dr. Amamoo even though he hates shots. We travel from GA to attend appointments. Some of the same staff have been there since I brought my son home. We absolutely love them!!!
