Yudaimi and Daimara were my PROS for a scheduling cleaning on the 16th. This was for my new home my family and I would be moving into the next day. These two understood the priorities of what needed to get done and did so efficiently. They were timely, communicative, and very professional. They did a great job cleaning, especially that it was post construction. Would highly recommend this company and these two PROS.
I only started using MaidPro in July but the experience has been very positive. I can’t always stick to my cleaning day/time but whenever I need to reschedule within the allowed time I haven’t been disappointed. I’ve had different Pros service my home because of my work schedule changes, but Vilma has visited on numerous times. She is patient and understanding when I communicate a concern and genuinely wants to make sure that I’m happy with the clean. We always have the option to phone the office for an assist with language so I’m glad that support is available too.
