I had a partially ruptured disc in my lower back since high school, and nothing was working. I was throwing my back out even 4-5 months and going in and out of dr visits for steroid shots and pain meds, with little to no relief. Found Mike online and gave it a try, he was able to help me heal my back pain of over 10 years within 4 sessions... now I see him for every new injury! can't recommend him enough! if you're hesitant, just book it and see for yourself.

I started going to Makari Wellness for acupuncture to treat a shoulder injury. Mike’s approach was different from anything I had tried before. Instead of relying on repeated visits, he gave me a ton of at-home tips that have made a real difference in healing my shoulder. Mike also came to the rescue after I suffered a back injury, providing treatments that got me back on my feet the next day. But what’s really been life-changing are the herbs he’s prescribed. I had been struggling with stomach issues for my whole life, constantly on a restrictive diet and trying to eliminate foods, but with little success. Almost instantly after Mike started me on a herbal regimen, my stomach issues have been cured. I NEVER thought I would be able to say that. I could not recommend Makari Wellness and Mike more, his treatments have truly changed my life.
Michael is not your typical acupuncturist. He uses many modalities in his treatments. Michael has vast experience and knowledge with Chinese and Western medicine. His treatment plan is aimed for improvement in just a few visits, not several months. Michael’s approach is to involve his patients in their care. This includes a home exercise program. I highly recommend Michael and Makari Wellness
My back and elbow were hurting from many years of working out with poor form, bad posture and working at a computer all day. So I decided to take my friends recommendation and check out Makari Wellness. Michael’s the type of dude that doesn’t need a sales pitch to get you coming back. He's extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He provides you the material you need to continue treatment at home. My daily stretches have completely changed and my posture has never been better. Do yourself a favor and try him out.
