Pretty good. A game stopped working and took my money off my game card and they refunded it. The restaurant service is a little slow but what I didn't notice was the restaurant part of the building will make you think they aren't serving as many people as they actually are. The food was pricey, but good. Typical of a large entertainment business. There is a lot to juggle and maintain.
Malibu Jack’s is such a fun experience for all ages! The indoor setup is perfect—clean, bright, and packed with things to do no matter the weather. The go-karts were a highlight, the arcade had a great variety of games, and the rides kept everyone entertained for hours. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything felt well-organized and safe. It’s a great spot for families, birthdays, or just a day of fun. We’ll definitely be back!
Our family absolutely loves Malibu Jack’s in Lexington! It’s the ultimate spot for a fun-filled day where everyone can have a great time. The place is bright and packed with activities that keep everyone entertained. The kids had an amazing time racing go-karts, playing mini golf, and winning prizes in the arcade. If you’re looking for a place to make great memories with your kids, Malibu Jack’s is a must-visit.
It was fun but a few hiccups. It was our first time. No one explained pass. So kids waited in line had to get out of line and do it again. A lot of machines didn’t wor,, give right tickets, or double charged. Scan code to sign for texting and never got free card. Need more places to seat for parents. Not just benches cause after awhile your bottom hurts.
Me, my children and grandchildren had a wonderful experience. Staff were helpful and friendly. We loved the Cafe where we had snacks. I loved that I could sit in the cafe and eat while my 4 and 5 year old grandkids could play a while then eat food , then go back and play. The food was very good. The chicken strips are real chicken and fresh. The free refills are a plus!!! Thank you for making my first experience at Malibu Jacks Lexington wonderful!
