Sold me a 18k stamped gold Rolex Bracelet. Went to another Jewelry store to melt and gold kt came out to 10.4 kt!!! I dont recommend anyone buys from this place. If you buy from this guy get your gold tested before purchase! Marcelo knows me and my wife Elsie very well so if he would do this to people he knows imagine what he'd sell to you. You've been warned!
Terrible customer service! I called ahead to check their closing time and arrived there with enough time before their closing time. When I got there, the door was closed, and they were inside, signaling me that they were closed. I called them over the phone again and reminded them that they had told me they were open earlier. They said they were “closed now”. I went back to my car and saw a group of people walk in, they opened the door for them. However, they couldn’t open the door for me. Maybe it’s because I’m not Cuban like them... I called back and told the lady that they couldn’t open the door for me, but they just opened it for that group of people. She said, “Well, you can come in now.” No, ma’am, no thank you. I don’t want to do business with people who are so irresponsible. If that’s how they treat potential customers, I don’t want any business with them.

I was already excited from just the mock-ups I was sent during the design process, but I was stunned at the beauty of the finished product when I received the rings. Service was incredible, and the rings were even sent overnight to me so they could arrive in time (a very nice surprise). I would recommend Marcelo’s Fine Jewelry to anyone!"

The Place is not very big but they have a very nice selection of jewelery for any ocassion. The staff is friendly and very helpful as well as informative. I found the engagement ring I was looking for at a great price value!
