I'm so glad I found Mary to help us with buying a house! I pretty much watched all of her YouTube videos while waiting for the right time to move, and from the start, Mary was always available, even before we sold our house! Since we are new to Minnesota our initial search spanned the entire metro area while we figured out where we wanted to live. We had specific criteria that we were looking for and Mary put in extra work to help us find something that fit within our budget, which at times seemed impossible! If I thought a house was priced too high, she would research it for me and I know that takes time to do, so I really appreciated that. It took us forever to finally make a decision and she was patient and helpful through it all and always had time for us! She was also great at explaining things that were new to us like sealed attics, sump pumps, invasive plants, etc. Highly recommend! Thank you Mary!
We couldn't have asked for a better experience than we had with Mary. Her availability and responsiveness were outstanding—she immediately addressed our questions and provided valuable insight into homes, neighborhoods, and life in Minnesota, making our out-of-state move much smoother. Mary is the absolute Best Realtor you could ever hope to work with. My wife and I recently relocated from Alabama to gorgeous Minnesota and working with Mary was single-handedly the best part of the entire process. We first came across Mary through her very thorough YouTube videos on living in Minnesota. After watching many of her videos, we felt confident that she would be the best realtor to help us with our big move due to her knowledge of the area. Mary was there with us every step of the way and was always happy to answer any of our questions and explain features of homes that we were not accustomed to (basements are strange things we didn't have in Alabama). While moving is always stressful, Mary did an incredible job in making the home hunting portion as stress free as possible and actually turned it into a lot of fun.
