This review is for their “Gold Waterless Gel Pedicure” service only. Location: Not the best, to be honest. And it was kind of hard to find. You have to go into the center of the courtyard and follow the signs there. I didn’t see any signs from the parking lot. Facility: Very clean. A bit small but I didn’t expect much. The pedicure room seems a bit cramped. There are two big massage chairs in a small room Service: It was indeed very relaxing. And my nail tech was nice and respectful the whole time. It was just not a good pedicure lol. They did mention it’s a newer service so maybe it will get better but my toes do not look good. It’s uneven and parts of my toe nail is missing polish. The pictures attached are less than 24 hours after I got them done. When the service is happening, they place an eye mask on you and turn off the lights. I get that it’s to cultivate a relaxing environment but I had all my personal belongings on the opposite chair and she kept getting up to grab things around the room. I have no reason to think anything shady was going to happen, this is his my anxiety mostly. Personally, I will not be coming back.
I visited this spa for the first time but it won’t be my last. It’s so cute and cozy inside and everyone is polite and welcoming. Marquita was my masseuse and she did amazing. If she hadn’t told me so, I would’ve never known it was her first day. It was amazing!
Amaaaazing experience! I went for a girls day with two friends, and we are all leaving SO relaxed, skin glowing, hair beautiful! This was my first time doing a head spa, and I see what all the fuss is about because it was so relaxing I fell asleep. My friends loved their facials, and I got a very nice massage. The customer service was very impressive, and they had an awesome BOGO deal we took full advantage of. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing day of bliss! I will be back.
had the most relaxing experience here! I got a facial with Aimee and she took amazing care of me from start to finish. The shoulder, neck, and hand massage was honestly the best part, I walked out feeling brand new. I also booked a head spa treatment and it felt soooo nice. I’m definitely coming back soon. Highly recommend!
From start to finish, this was easily the best massage experience I’ve ever had. I was promptly greeted by the receptionist who was friendly and attentive. The questionnaire was easy to complete and appointment began promptly after completion. My therapist, Federico, was friendly and quickly put me at ease when addressing my concerns regarding arthritis in my knees, hands and wrists, as well as my need to address the tension I carry in my neck and shoulders. He paid special attention to the areas I noted but also adjusted as he noted areas needing more care, all while checking in regularly regarding my comfort. Afterwards, he addressed the concerns he noted and created a plan to address them in upcoming appointments without being pushy or overselling. I can't wait to return!
