Steve repaired the problem with my HVAC unit due it not giving out heat. He thoroughly explained what was happening and what needed to be done. He was patient and courteous and worked until the job was completed and my family now heat in our home again. Thanks Steve we appreciate all you've done.

My original five star review is below, but I felt the need to amend after a disappointing response when our facilities failed shortly after their "repair." Beware of this company. They provide professional work with a quick response but will not budge on cost despite their own lack of due diligence and root cause analysis. Instead you will be left with a large quote for additional service that may or may not fix the actual problem. My advice: seek an alternative plumber. **original review** Master Plumbers provides expert service with clear scheduling. Jordan and Jeremy are clearly knowledgeable professionals. During their time on the job, they worked hard but still made the time to communicate with us. The end result is that our old house has a new, robust drainage system, and our toilet will no longer throw up.

Master Plumbers Heating & Cooling provided outstanding service from start to finish. Steve and Jordan were absolutely fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure the job was done right the first time. Great service provided by Alex and Lucas today. They were knowledgeable and professional and gave me several options for my needed upgrade to a new water heater. Which I will purchase.

Terry and Chris and the rest of the team did a phenomenal job with our AC unit install, and put in long hours when it became clear that the new compressor had an issue. Terry had a new replacement unit delivered the next day and he and Chris completed the install. Terry kept us informed through the process, and gave us confidence that we had made the right choice in Master Plumbers Heating Cooling! We highly recommend this team for your HVAC service needs! Super nice and knowledgeable folks!
