Master Service Plumbing is the BEST! Armondo our service tech is knowledgable, explained things throughly, addressed the problem with our tankless water heater and fixed it! We highly recommend them for any plumbing issues!
The tech was polite and thorough. Explained in layman’s terms and they got me scheduled quickly. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.
Needed last minute work done before having an appliance installed, and Master Service Plumbing was able to fit me in. The people in the office are incredibly polite and professional, and so are the technicians that did the work. Very knowledgeable and respectful.Will definitely be using this company in the future.
Armando was fantastic. It’s apparent he has a long history of relevant experience. He was on time, communicative, friendly, fast, efficient, resolved my issues & even had a few recommendations for me that he generously offered for other plumbing adjacent issues while doing the repair at hand. Will use again! Highly recommend.
Josh replaced our old water softener with a new one and did a great job and did it relatively quickly considering he had to leave and get additional parts. He was very cool and professional and took the time to explain things to a plumbing novice like myself. Also, Ruthie in the office was very friendly and helpful when setting everything up with the service.
