I had a very disappointing experience working with Matthew J. Quagliano. In my opinion, he was unprofessional and unresponsive to concerns that arose during the process. There were also inconsistencies regarding the property’s square footage that were never properly addressed. As someone with years of experience in real estate, I expect honesty and accountability — unfortunately, that was not my experience in this case. I would not recommend working with this agent based on my interactions.
Wow does Matt know the real estate business. It only took one good conversation for me to decide to work with him. . He was always available for my many questions, quick to return my calls, super detailed, and his fee structure is very reasonable. If you’re looking for a savvy, veteran real estate agent to sell your home, I would highly recommend you give Matt a call
Matt is wonderful to work with he is knowledgeable, competent and reliable. Selling our house with him was so easy we had no worries because he has many years of experience. Our house sold in less than a week we had one open house with 40 plus people going through it and we had two awesome offers above our asking price. Matt is the only realtor I would trust to list and look for any property.
Sold 5 houses with Matt from 2020 until 2024, Great experiences all around. 4 of the 5 were sold over asking price and some of them had challenging condition issues to work around. I would highly recommend using Matt to sell your home.
Matt sold our North Buffalo home several years ago for top dollar, and we contacted him again this year to sell our house in Tonawanda. He got us two solid offers above asking during less-than-favorable market conditions and sold it for us in about two weeks.
