WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Communication is horrible! I feel as though they rushed my motion and did not include anything I asked them to. They responded to the DA without speaking to me. Motion was eventually denied and i can understand why. Horrible representation on my behalf. I would recommend them to anyone. I’ve set up several conference calls during the experience and they barely held up their end. Initially I believed Attorney Maxwell would work great on my behalf but over time , I felt neglected and I felt like he didn’t research my case like he claimed to. The receptionist staff is also rude! PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM! Waste of money!
Attorney Kristen Gochett is who handled my case. She is amazing. She is knowledgeable, professional, informative, easy to talk to and genuinely cared about my situation. She is available when you need her. She answers your questions. Call her and you will be so glad you did. I am so glad I called her because she gets things done.
David Coleman is such a wonderful attorney. He truly takes the time to get to know each and every client he works with. Bailey was so helpful and kind during our time. She is very respectful and knowledgeable which helped our process greatly. I couldn’t recommend this team enough!!
