I have have used McCall Services for a while and my past Service Person had recently retired and today Bryce S came by to do job. He was very respectful and called just before coming to Spray outside the yard, he did a great job and then let me know he finished and closed my gate etc
must be one of the unlucky ones to have a bad experience with this company as most of the reviews are good. So I called for service as I suspected that I had animal activity in my attic because i was seeing huge flies in my house. Jeremy Staub came out to the house fairly quickly but was physically impaired to conduct a thorough investigation as his foot was in a walking boot and he could not get into the attic. I was encouraged to apply for financing as he stated the credit guidelines are not that strict for his company. I got declined credit to have the service I needed. not the reason my review of the company is low. My review is low because i checked my credit report recently and discovered they pulled my credit two times on the same day. why pull twice? if i was not approved the first time I would not be approved the second time. After I was rejected for credit he came back a few days later with a better rate for service which if he offered originally I would not have had to finance the service. I ended up going with a different company that offered to extend my payment over 9 months with no interest and no credit pull.
Nelson has been awesome on all of our ongoing pest control visits. He’s always on time, very thorough, and super easy to work with. He explains what he’s doing each visit and makes sure everything is taken care of. We really appreciate his hard work and consistency. Highly recommend Nelson!
