We were very pleased with how friendly the guys were. They were able to pinpoint and fix a problem in an hour. They were very helpful with any questions that we had. I would highly recommend them over any plumbing company. James was very knowledgeable and let us know of ways to help with the drain clog in the future. Will definitely be going back to McDonald Plumbing in the future.

McDonald Plumbing saved me thousands of dollars! Mr. Rooter told me I needed all of my cast replaced. I called McDonald out to give me a second opinion. Not only were they extremely friendly and respectful of my home, they were 10x more thorough than the other company. They completely cleaned my pipes and inspected the entire line on camera, showing my that everything was in great condition. I was going to have to spend $10k+ if I listened to Mr. Rooter. I am now problem-free for under $500. If that doesn't speak to their honesty and integrity, I don't know what will. I will never call a different plumber again.
McDonald plumbing exceeded my expectations! I was having issues with our sump pump and I called them and they came out within 30 mins to address our concerns and then were able to replace the pump, valve & pipe right then. Their prices were very reasonable and lower than another plumbing company who quoted us way higher. I highly recommend them above all others out there.
We had a 53-year-old water heater go out. AEO Smith with perma glass liner. We have lived in our house 43 years and it has served us well. It was built in 1972 and finally gave out. We had great service with Shaun and I didn't catch the name of the other guy. Great teamwork, great job, I think he was very knowledgeable and they got it done quick. Very happy overall with everything. Things are expensive but I'm glad we went with Bradford White and McDonald plumbing. Highly recommend and we will call again if we need service.
