I recently had Mechanical One install the Lennox PureAir system in my new home in Montverde. The installation was clean and professional, and the system is a huge upgrade for our indoor air quality. I’m very happy with the service and the expertise they showed throughout the process. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for high-end HVAC solutions!
Excellent service and competitive pricing for both Plumbing and Electrical. Referred to M1 by a friend. First project completed by Kevin and Joe- SpringWell Water filtration system Moen Reverse Osmosis system/ with faucet install O3 Pure Ozone EcoLaundry washer system Second Project: Tesla Charger install in garage- by Hunter. Impressed and grateful that the GM Tom Hyatt and Elec Mgr Zack were able to coordinate a same day install request (on my day off, which helped a ton); and came by for wrap around care after the install. Thank you to Kevin, and Joe and Hunter for the great work, and talking us through the everything and answering our questions.
Great AC maintenance work performed by Haney Samuel. He was very thorough and clearly explained all current and possible future issues with the system. Including recommendations for each issue. Maintenance’s work was timely completed and UV lights were installed to prevent mold and bacteria in the HVAC system.
A slight mishap led us here and what a happy accident! We had two of the best guys arrive, Joseph G and Leoandy G, and while they tried to correct the issue we ended up having to get a new hot water heater. This was an after hours job and not once did these guys complain. They were happy to fix our issue. You could tell they worked other jobs together previously because they knew what the other was about to do and right there to assist. If you’re in need of a plumber this is who you want showing up!
We had Mechanical One install a Tesla Level 2 charger at our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and made everything easy. Zach our installer, was fantastic—friendly, on time, and explained every step without making it complicated. He worked efficiently and left everything clean and neat. You can tell he knows his stuff. If you’re thinking about a home charger, we can’t recommend Mechanical One enough—and definitely ask for Zach!
