Monika takes time to explain all of your options and helps make informed choices for your injections. Alicia has turned my skin around, she is the master behind the laser. The setting is professional and friendly.
I love Cary, who does Botox and her assistant. However, the ladies at the front desk are not friendly at all. It really turns me off every time I go. I have been going here for a few years because of Cary, and a member for at least 15 years. It is surprising to me, as the staff at the spa and greeters go out of their way to be gracious and friendly.
Just finished my third moxi laser treatment with Cari and it burns so good!! She’s so efficient and talks you through the procedure the whole time. Honorable mention to Dani who does my Botox and Kari who did my lip filler. I always have amazing results with every provider at the Pro Club Med Spa and would highly recommend them to anyone!
The team at ProClub Medical Spa is outstanding. Bree is exceptional! She knowledgeable and attentive. The IV therapies (especially the NAD and the Brain Enhancer) and vitamin shots leave me feeling focused, and recharged. Kayla is also fantastic! She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional and makes every visit seamless. The front desk staff is always welcoming, efficient, and kind. They set the tone for the entire experience. Every visit feels personalized, professional, and restorative for wellness care.
