Very nice young lady at the front desk. When I arrive, I was seen right away. The Doctor that took care of me suggested that I go to the emergency room after speaking with him. I’m glad that I did. The place is nice and clean. The ladies there are nice and respectful. I would definitely recommend this urgent care a number 10.
I was greeted by friendly staff. I booked my appointment on the website which was very easy to do. I had an appointment at Urgent Care for a painful wrist. Waiting Room was very clean. I didn’t wait long at all. I was called back and taken care of immediately. Healthcare staff were so nice. The doctor was so helpful and courteous as well explaining everything in detail. I also had a chance to ask questions. I would definitely recommend this place. It’s a short walking distance from the Navy Yard Station on Half Street.
It was a busy place and the staff kept things moving as quickly as possible. Mike the PA was knowledgeable and professional. I would use them again. I was from out of state so it was nice to have a place to go where I felt confident of their cares. Highly recommend setting up an appt which is easy to do on their site!
My first visit to Medstar's Urgent Care clinic [Navy Yard] was scheduled using the website's online appointment booking tool. I was checked in immediately upon arrival. I was seen within five minutes after check-in. Both the medical technician and the caregiver were personable. They told me what to expect, answered questions, explained lab results, and reviewed what I needed to do as part of my treatment plan. I was there for about 30 minutes. I left feeling confident in the care I had received. I will not hesitate to return if needed, and highly recommend use of this care center.
I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. The entire process was seamless from check-in to discharge, and this is exactly what I expect from a medical visit. The team was attentive, timely, and incredibly thorough in their evaluation. They took my symptoms seriously, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure I felt cared for throughout the entire appointment. I truly appreciated their professionalism and consideration.
