Highly recommend! The booking process was straightforward, and they were very quick to answer my questions about their different packages. The detailer was incredibly attentive, focused, and clearly understood what products worked best for my car’s specific interior. The quality and care shown were exceptional. Everyone talks about the outstanding service from Amazon and American Express, but I feel they will all soon be speaking about how amazing Medusa Auto Detailing is. My experience with Medusa was excellent. The way they communicated ahead of the visit was easy and no messing about when discussing the price. Leo was the chap who did the job on the car and he was professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire clean. His attention to detail was brilliant and he did an excellent job. I did the enhanced detailing and the before and after was mind blowing. The entire job took seven and half hours and no part of the cleaning process was missed. I strongly recommend these guys as they are clearly pro's at what they are doing. Ps... they even came to do the job on my car on Christmas Eve!
Medusa Auto Detailing provides an excellent service. I had black mould on the interior of my car. Leo arrived on time and within a couple of hours my car looked as good as new. I was really surprised at how successful it was. Leo was great - I even took my dog for a walk while he was working. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.
Lewis arrived on time to detail my BMW i4, and I was genuinely amazed by the level of precision and professionalism he brought to the job. The results were nothing short of outstanding. My car looks as though it’s just been freshly painted and rolled straight out of a showroom. He managed to remove all the swirl marks and blemishes that had been bothering me, leaving the finish absolutely flawless. I couldn’t be more impressed with his workmanship and attention to detail.
