A professional, friendly response to our late request, with prompt courteous delivery, and pick up service. We were very pleased with the quality durable tables and chairs dressed with perfect white tablecloths... an all round excellent 5 star service.
We gave short notice for hiring over 60 tables. The service we received from the office was great, but deserving of a mention was the delivery driver Chris. Not only did he do all the heavy lifting (much to my relief) and in a Melbourne high wind, he also resolved a problem for us. A great example of customer service at the best level. From the very beginning of the search process for party hire, Party Hire Group have impressed me and it didn’t stop there. The website was easy to navigate and catalogue of equipment to hire is exceptional and covered all our needs. Booking process was followed up with an email and confirmation process with payment done the Monday before our weekend party. I received a text the day before advising what time delivery would be and the drivers arrived on time and took the time to show me what I had to connect and set up on the lighting and outdoor heater. Highly recommend using this business to hire from, professional and reliable.
Cannot fault the team at all. Conducted an event in Melbourne, but planned from Sydney ahead of time. On the day we were faced with tight delivery and pick up windows and the team were so accommodating especially Chris and Cal. Upon arrival Chris and Cal did all they could to facilitate the transfer of equipment in the tightest of alleyways. Cool as cucumbers and delivered in a professional timely manner. Couldn’t have done it without them! Thank you Chris and Cal!! Can’t wait to use this company again for our next event!!
Top notch market umbrellas and best mushroom heaters to beat the chill as we gazed upon the awesome city view. They were delivered and nicely setup in time.Good job.
