I never leave reviews - but I could not resist with Melbourne Wax & Beauty! I booked with Arzu for a waxing appointment. Her service was above and beyond amazing - from making me feel relaxed, to her knowledge on beauty therapy & services, to how much care she showed me through the entire experience. Not to mention - my legs are silky smooth! I even left the store with a complimentary sugar scrub & serum. I could not recommend this beautiful business any more! Definitely sold me as a customer in the first five minutes. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment.
On Christmas eve at 4pm I rang on the off chance I might have been able to snag an appointment for 1/2 leg wax. To my surprise I was offered an appointment 6.45. I arrived at 6.30, was greeted by the owner,, Arzu, and asked if there was a chance they could fit a Brazilian wax in to? She was happily obliged. I found Arzu to be very friendly and very professional. Above all, nothing was too much for the staff and Arzu to handle at very short notice on the day. I have been having waxing done for 25 years and Arzu was simply wonderful in my opinion. I don’t live in Northcote, I live in Ringwood. I was house sitting at the time but I will be going back for sure. Thank you for your wonderful treatment Arzu. I am very lucky I stumbled across you! Melissa

Such a relaxing, high quality experience. I had Arzu, with such a calming presence, she really made me feel comfortable throughout the whole service. She shared great advice and body care tips with me, which made the visit feel extra special. Highly recommend!
It was such a pleasure to visit today for waxing services. Arzu is lovely and her quality if service exceptional. Ber products and her level of care makes you feel like you are not only with someone who knows her profession, but completely at ease, not having to worry about pain, hygiene or awkwardness. The after product gift after treatment was the cherry on top. I'm already a repeat customer and highly recommend.
