Susanna always delivers!! I'm so thankful to have found a stylist who takes the time to listen and educate on best practices. She makes you feel like valued friend and never rushes you out the door. She always brings the genuine good energy to each appointment. I've been going to get my hair cut from Sue for over 2 years now. My best friend has since made the change too. Thank you thank you for your professionalism and kindness! She's everything you want in a hair stylist.
Sadly, my vivid color hair did not turn out nearly ok. It is half blue, half purple- especially after washing. I did not come out of the salon happy with the color, as it looked off and I knew it would fade unusual too. The stylist, Porch, mentioned I could come in the following week to redo the color. She knew I wasn’t really happy, even after 8 hours of sitting in the salon and spending $400. Mins you, it’s just for the money piece up front, not for the whole head. Porch was very sweet, but I think timing (or maybe additional training) didn’t allow for the correct application of color- as it was almost 8pm and there was time pressure to get the color right- so we just had to settle with what came out. She recommended I wash and let it fade to see if I like it- but the top part of my hair faded to a white/blue color and the bottom half faded to violet purple. I was supposed to come in to fix it, but due to timing and scheduling conflicts, I wasn’t able to. Now I’m left with an overpriced service that was not done correctly or professionally. The salon has a cool vibe but customers pay a high price for the hair service to come out almost perfect and because of that, I do not recommend. And, the manager is not helpful or empathetic to the client’s needs. Thank you for reading and I wish you all the best.
Valle is so talented! I am new here from NY & haven't been able to find a good haircut! But Valle changed all that! I feel so confident and bless that I found her. Mary, the receptionist was so wonderful as well she was texting with me on a Sunday to set up my appointment. Have a big event this week I needed a great haircut. I love the vibe of the salon. And the location was perfect. Val suggested some great products for my hair, and did one of the best blow dries & styles I've ever had, very happy and smiling as I write this review, while looking good🔥Thank you Valle and M&MS! I will be back 100%
I initially came to have Dianet do my hair a couple months ago and I’m so happy I did! I’ve been satisfied with my hair cuts and of course my red hair!! She has given me the perfect orange/red every time and I can’t ask for a better stylist! It’s hard to find a stylist you can trust and I found mine at Melrose & McQueen ATL!
Kaycee is amazing!!! I have been struggling with getting my hair where I want it for about a year now - she literally gave me the results I have been hoping for in my very first apt with her!! Not only is the color sooooo much better but my hair FEELS so much healthier! Also the vibe of the salon is so fun and laid back - can’t wait to come back :)
