My experience with Memphis Collisionworx at 2406 Chiswood was excellent. I had quite a few things that had to be repaired on my car and everything they repaired was great. They worked with me on repairs and also stored my car until I returned from out of town. The staff was second to none and I highly recommend them for body or hail damage. I was thoroughly satisfied. The customer service was excellent, knowledgeable, and gave me ideas about handling it with my insurance. The work was top notch and done in a very timely manner. **Exceptional Service from Jeff Webb at Memphis Collision Shop** I recently had the unfortunate experience of my fully paid-off truck getting rear-ended and totaled. Navigating through the aftermath, particularly with my insurance company, State Farm, was incredibly stressful. They were not offering me what I deserved for my vehicle. However, Jeff Webb at Memphis Collision Shop turned this challenging situation into a more manageable experience. Jeff went above and beyond at every turn. He took the time to thoroughly explain all the different variables at play to ensure I achieved the best possible outcome. His expertise and patience were invaluable during this difficult time. My truck had several aftermarket parts installed, and Jeff personally assisted in transferring these to my new vehicle. He advised me throughout the process, ensuring I was not at a loss in any way. What truly amazed me was Jeff's willingness to go beyond his job duties. He even operated a forklift to move my aftermarket camper topper to my new truck. I was completely shocked when Jeff told me I didn’t owe him a penny for his extra efforts, only asking for a good review on Google for his business.
