Great people. Best equipment around for fast washes in Memphis. Ask for Erika - she’s got 9 years experience in car wash industry and you don’t come across that often, best advice and knows her stuff. True local business and you’ll see the difference. Especially if you have large SUV. Other places I’ve tried miss too many spots on my vehicle but Memphis Wash gets it all. People are really friendly
I love this car wash and have a membership, but the machine may need a calibration. Every time I get a wash it bends my driver side mirror backwards. The midtown one doesn’t ever do that. Otherwise a very consistent and pleasant experience!
This place is like the chick-fil-a of car washes. This location runs smoothly, great staff, and quick service. They dry your car for you which is a huge bonus. The vacuum area is clean. They also provide extra towels to wipe down the inside of your car. 10/10 recommend
I got a Car wash around 11am this morning and came home to realize the top of my car has a massive brush stroke scratch which I've never seen before today. yall might want to take a look at yalls brushes that washes the top of cars. Update 3 weeks later i emailed them the time of visit and they have not said anything else. please be aware of this car wash as they dont care nor have the funds to fix scratches that are caused by there equipment.
The service was superb. I was driving down Poplar ave leaving work and I wanted to go to the car wash that I normally go to Memories but they had their amazing employees out there with a sign that brought me to their business and it was a free car wash that so I had to stop by and they gave me the top shelf car wash, amazing customer service I’ve never seen any company have their employees so active and happy from the beginning to the end! At the end of your wash, they have their staff waiting for To give you an express dry wipe down With their top quality microfiber Towels they gave me a free one and I went in a second time for the second one. My car is shining And tires Are beaming
