Mercedes did a custom piece for an important client of mine that I was sending as a thank-you/happy holidays gift, and she not only created the arrangement and delivered it the same day, but it was absolutely beautiful! She created something truly artistically stunning, and was kind enough to send a photo of the arrangement to me so I could see what it looked like when finished. 10/10 I'm definitely going to her for any floral needs that matter.
If I could give Mercedes Flowers 10 stars, I absolutely would. I just had the most incredible experience with Mercedes Flowers in Austin. I ordered a bouquet for my mother, who recently had surgery, and what she received was beyond beautiful. The arrangement looked like it came straight from a fairytale garden. Each bloom was fresh, hand-picked, and perfectly arranged with care and artistry. What truly makes this business stand out is Mercedes herself. From the very beginning, she was warm, attentive, and completely hands-on. Her communication was exceptional, and I genuinely felt like I was working with a close friend rather than a business. She listened carefully, paid attention to every little detail, and made the entire experience feel personal and meaningful. The joy in my moms voice to tell me she received the flowers said it all. Mercedes didn’t just deliver flowers, she delivered love, care, and a moment of happiness that we’ll remember for a long time. If you need flowers in Austin for any occasion, don’t think twice. The anniversary flowers were delivered, and while the arrangement was as pictures, the flowers were limp and a bit dry. We emailed the owner and she immediately returned with a second bouquet of roses that were perfect. She called an hour later to explain that she received the Wild Texas flowers that morning and they always need a few hours to hydrate. She said the bouquet would open and look brighter in a few hours. She was 100% correct. Day two the flowers are full, bright and have opened a bit. We give her an A+ for amazing service and beautiful arrangements.
or our 14th anniversary, my partner and I planned on staycationing at Austin Proper Hotel. Upon opening the door to our room, my breath was taken away! Before me sat a largest vase of stunningly magnificent and utterly gorgeous red roses. In all their glory they welcomed me to the beginning of what transpired to be a most memorable anniversary. I was simply speechless. This was by far the most beautiful arrangement of roses I had ever seen. As though this were not enough, that night, for our anniversary dinner, I was yet again delightfully surprised by another loveliest arrangement of red roses adorning the elegant white tablecloth! Mercedes’ flower arrangements are not just works of art, her love for flowers and her warm relationship with her clients, combined with a sense of responsibility as the owner of Mercedes Flowers transcends all praise. So, thank you Mercedes for making our anniversary even more unforgettable.
Mercedes and her team went ABOVE and BEYOND for our special and memorable occasion. It was my daughter's first concert with her favorite musician, Anne Wilson, in Houston. I shared my daughter would be meeting Anne in person prior to the show, and the flowers are for her. Without my knowledge and to our surprise, Mercedes did her research and designed the most beautiful arrangement inspired by Anne's music. My daughter was so excited to make sure the flowers were well cared for on the trip. This gesture of kindness made the trip to our first concert together so special, and the look of awe when my daughter gave Anne the flowers is a memory that we will never forget. Thank you Mercedes and your team for setting the bar so high. My daughter and I will cherish this memory forever.
