Rachel spent a considerable amount of time with us, and was extremely professional and knowledgeable during the initial outreach process. I really thought I'd get an answering service or just a "phone person" but not at all. We were talking to someone who really knew the business inside and out. It was truly remarkable.

This year has been a difficult year. My dedicated Tax Manager has been a great support. She is very quick to respond to my requests/questions and always willing to jump on a call to further explain things or discuss options. If she does not know the answer, she will find out and does so quickly. She played an instrumental role in Think Up receiving the PPP loan. If it were not for her, I would not have been as prepared – she helped guide me through the process (what would be needed for the loan, simple template for calculation, etc.). She has also been a sounding board for various cost-saving measures/ideas that will not impact loan forgiveness. I have always felt very supported by MeredithCPAs – the partnership over the past years has been incredible. As I said, this year has been difficult and the entire team at MeredithCPAs has displayed genuine interest (and concern) in my company's overall success.
