Stephanie and her team did a FANTASTIC JOB! They were hired for a thorough move-out cleaning prior to listing the home for sale. She was tremendously thorough and the house is shining! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
We booked a cleaning since we were moving out of our rental home so we could focus our personal efforts on setting up our new home. They took care of everything, following the property managers move out checklist. They were very professional with scheduling and communicating. Merlin's Maids was there when I needed them!! We purchased our home and immediately had some work done on it prior to moving in which needed cleanup. I called Merlin's Maids and they were able to send a crew to come out that evening and provide post construction cleanup! I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing these services.
Marie and her assistant showed up on time, were very friendly and professional and did a great job cleaning. I pointed out a few details that were missed during our final walkthrough and they got right to work addressing those areas. Overall, I’m happy with their work and professionalism. The communication and follow up calls from Merlin’s Maids were fantastic. Great company and I look forward to working with Marie again in the future.
I was incredibly impressed with the cleaning service provided by Merlin’s Maids! Beth arrived as scheduled and was professional and friendly throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond my expectations and had an incredible work ethic. I was particularly amazed with her attention to detail and overall caring attitude. My kitchen and bathroom is sparkling! Beth’s attention to detail was top-notch, and I truly felt a huge load off my shoulders after she left. She even took the time to bring my trash can back up to the house from the road! I would highly recommend Merlin’s Maids to anyone looking for a reliable and thorough cleaning service!
