April Ceaser has the ability to rise above rancor and frivolity. She’s been our General Housekeeper for on or about nine (9) years. She’s affable with inimitable flair. Moreover , she’s admirable and self confident. Friendly, courteous and agile- minded, thus securing my complete confidence. I wouldn’t pay them to clean my cat’s litter box. Two HUGE red flags with them. I have a camera so I could see and hear in my house. Maybe don’t speak poorly about your clients or you’ll end up on TikTok. When I came home I was saddened to see my house was barely clean. Upon checking the cameras, they packed up about 10 minutes early so if you factor in the walk through and the 10 minutes of packing up, they probably cleaned for 35-40 minutes so they didn’t even work an hour. I happened to throw something in my trash can I was shocked to see the trash bag from the trash they cleaned up had gift cards, jewelry, unopened mail, my tv remote, and more in the trash bag. I guess they just threw away anything they picked up. They even threw away my $60 conditioner and the bottle wasn’t even empty. I had to spend 30 minutes combing through my trash can and I still haven’t been able to find some of my jewelry. They said they couldn’t finish my house in the allotted time and I may need to add more time. They didn’t tell me that when I called the office and asked about the process though. It was fine though. I called and asked how much it would be for 1 additional hour and I was told $60. I agreed to the $60. A few minutes later, I was surprised to find that they tried to charge me the cost of the entire cleaning for an additional hour. Instead of $200, they tried to charge me $280 without my permission. I called back to see what was going on and was then told $60 was a mistake but they could do it for $100. So that was 3 different quotes? Yes, obviously shady business. I had to hire another company to come and clean up my house which they did and it was absolutely spotless in the same amount of time this terrible company spent in my house. None of my clients will be using them ever again.

This process has been absolutely amazing. Setting up services was quick, convenient, and friendly. The team who cleaned my home, Bree and Robin, did a fabulous job. They conquered pet AND kid messes beautifully. I could not be more pleased and look forward to my routine monthly cleanings. Highly recommend :)
