I love this service! Each team member is wonderful and they have all bonded with my cats, Dorian and Chloe. Not only do they feed the kitties and give Dorian his medication but they play with them and give them lots of attention. They leave the litter area incredibly clean and they take care of the plants and house. The communication between team members and the office is excellent and the photos and journals from each visit are great. Last week I had an emergency and needed care for the cats the same day, and Merry Puppins immediately put me on the schedule and took care of them as long as I needed. I don’t know what I would have done without them. I can’t thank them enough for their outstanding service!
Shelbie took care of our dog while on Vacation for 2 weeks. I think Fergus didn't want us to come home... She is excellent and the house was super clean after she finished. I highly recommend her for dog sitting services...
We hired Merry Puppins to care for our cats while we were out of town for 2 weeks and we could not be happier with the incredible service and excellent care our family received. The company seems to be expertly run--highly responsive, excellently coordinated, security-minded, and focused on providing the best care to pets. The daily updates (with pictures) we received through their easy-to-use app became a highlight of our trip. One of our cats is extremely shy and the sitters took such care to ensure she was safe and comfortable. Meanwhile, our sociable cat was obsessed with them and I'm pretty sure he's disappointed we're home. Merry Puppins was so thorough in their care, yet reasonably priced. I highly recommend them and look forward to using their service again soon!
Have been here twice for their therapy dogs & sound bath events. It’s a great organization to have these events in partnership with Autism Pittsburgh.
I cannot say enough good things about Merry Puppins. My previous dog walker had struggled to bond with my challenging chihuahua and I was looking for a fresh start. The ladies of Merry Puppins have been a huge breath of fresh air! They take their time with my pups, use lots of positive reinforcement, and have worked miracles. I think my dogs might like them more than they like me. The added socialization of having multiple “new friends” has also made a huge difference for my little girl, and she’s much less nervous around new people now and getting better every day.
