There’s a reason why they are called 5 Star!! Every cleaner we have had has been amazing- super understanding and friendly- but Alexia went above and beyond! Our home was extra dirty after the holidays and she cleaned everything without complaint or anything! Gave product recommendations for our shower and drains! Highly highly recommended! Especially Alexia!
I cannot say enough good things about Kim and Toya! I booked the cleaning last minute for company for Thanksgiving and they thoroughly impressed me. I have not seen my house this clean since I moved in! I will definitely ask for Kim and Toya again!
The moment Celeste came to my house with a smile and introduced herself, I knew I was in good hands. She understood my needs of what I was needing to have done and 110% exceeded my expectations. In future needs, I will for certain request Celeste.
Today was my first time using 5 star Cleaning. I’ve tried many but today, Ciera and Melanie knocked it out of the park. Their attention to detail was perfect. I keep a clean house but the dust and dog hair from our 3 large pups is hard to control. I can’t wait to have them back! I am sure all their crews are great but Melanie and Ciera, they listened and went beyond my expectations. The followed their checklist, walked me through item by item after to make sure I was happy and nothing was missed. My floors shine, my very large and tall mirrored closets were beautiful again and everything smells fresh and clean. Kitchen and baths sparkle!
Dev 😍 and Melanie 😍 have set the Gold Standard for deep cleans for me 🏅🏆 I was super stressed with family coming into town to stay with me, they took ALL the stress off my shoulders and left my house the cleanest it will ever be, I mean, it's sparkling, literally! This time they did both bathrooms, and they're absolutely gorgeously clean and sparkly! They washed walls, paintwork, mirrors are absolutely perfect, bath/showers are spotless 🩵🌟🌟🌟 This is my 4th deep clean now, kitchen (Dev), 2 spare rooms (Dev), living room (both) and now bathrooms (both) and I couldn't be more thrilled at how high their standards are. I cannot recommend enough! If you are hesitating (like I did) , and wondering if it'll be worth it, wondering if they'll do a good job - don't hesitate, Do it! They are worth every penny and I am retaining them on a monthly basis from now on 🩵 Mesa 5 Star All The Way!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
