Metrovino (through the amazing Al Drinkle) helped to put together a wonderful selection of wines for a family gathering. I was arriving from out of town and did not have time to shop in person. I called the store, arranged some general ideas with Al, and he gave terrific advice. The wine arrived when promised, as promised and delivered on promise. Thanks so much!
Special thanks to the young lady that helped me with selection of reds poured a glass of the first recommended bottle with higher Tannin and it’s simply delicious. My usual go to bottle from Co-op is paint thinner compared to this for a slightly more in cost. 10/10 recommend this location!

I generally have never liked wine; however I found a particularly good wine at wine bar in Calgary. I found out that only metrovino stocks it. So I gave them a call to try and get a bottle and find out what I liked about it. Veronika was so good to help me find out exactly which wine I had and recommend others that I might like. Incredibly patient and went above and beyond. I also love the little post it notes added to the bottles for recommendations. …. You are also correct the dragon stone was amazing :)
