Kiyo was fantastic! I put complete trust in him and I walked out feeling beautiful-- my hair was transformed from my usual one-length long wavy to blended face framing layers (while still keeping my hair long!) Kiyo suggested practical styling tips and taught me how to dress up my hair without the need for expensive products. I am so grateful for Kiyo and this haircut!
Had such a great experience and my favorite haircut to date. Came in with an odd hair request - the Korean 2-in-1 bob- and an Instagram reel with what I was looking for. Suguru cut my hair and even though what I was asking for wasn’t his signature style, he did such an amazing job - he made sure to do exactly what I asked for (checking my “inspo” reel for guidance every now and then) and was so attentive to detail. Happy to report that up, the bob looks fantastic and very pleased with how it looks down. Thanks, Suguru! I’ll definitely be coming back :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely love this salon, it's now my go-to spot in NYC. I came in for a layered haircut and root dye, and Kiyo was an absolute gem. He's incredibly skilled and thorough: he took the time for a detailed consultation to perfectly match the color to my current shade, choosing it with such care and precision. The haircut turned out flawless. I could tell right away he's a pro at what he does. On top of that, Kiyo is super friendly and went out of his way to recommend the best Japanese restaurants in the area. What a delightful experience! Highly recommend Kiyo and this salon if you're looking for top-notch service and expertise.
By appointment only, Suguru really took care of my hair! It was a long day, starting at 10:30am and ending at 4:15pm. The bleaching took the longest but it was very skillfully done. I had transformed from a waist-long hair to an angled bob with balayage cool shading to hide my grays. Wow, I would definitely come back as Suguru was very friendly, kind, and attentive. His dog, Gom, is an adorable, well-behaved mascot that'll always stretch before he gets his pets. I would highly recommend anyone that's looking to transform their hair. He's even provided after-care instructions to maintain the color as long as possible and provided the extra 4 treatments to maintain it at home. My package included master haircut, one bleaching, one color, and treatment. Blowout was included. Suguru really did an amazing job and it was well worth his masterpiece.
