Worst experience I’ve ever had with extensions. Within ONE WEEK they were literally falling apart, which is unacceptable given the price and supposed “professional” service. This happened as I was leaving on a month long trip to Europe. I even texted her 3 days before a picture of the weft looking loose, she said "you should be fine", but I wasn't. She never even had the decency to respond to my text. She did however respond only when I started asking for my money back, which she never gave. She insisted on doing one free maintenance instead and I felt trapped. The stylist kept the extra hair that I paid for and never returned it. She didn’t blend or cut the extensions properly, so they looked fake and uneven from the start. When I pointed out the issues, there was no real solution offered. This place is unprofessional, dishonest, and delivers poor quality work. Save your money and go somewhere reputable—this was a complete waste of time and money.
Sarah is definitely the best hair extension specialist in Miami! I have Bellami weft extensions and she does a sew in with beads method for me, for a very fair price. I go see her for re-install appts about every 2 months. She also fixed my sister’s extensions after someone else had done a terrible job. Highly recommend!
