Transformative experience at Miami Life Center’s Ashtanga yoga intensive. From spiritual texts, anatomy and assisting, to Sanskrit counting, this was a deep and comprehensive dive into yoga study. The curriculum was carefully prepared and shared by exceptionally qualified practitioners. You will find a welcoming and inclusive vibe, from a dedicated group of teachers!
What makes Miami a great place to live for me is the beach, the weather, and MLC. MLC is an outstanding yoga shala to practice Mysore with a strong dedicated group of teachers and practitioners from all ages. This is what makes MLC a true gem to me. For years I considered doing some sort of structured yoga program or teacher training. But could not find anything that resonated with my standards until someone recommended the MLC API. I did the Ashtanga Practitioners Intensive in 2025 and it was a transformative experience, demanding true commitment, discipline and sincere true effort. Fellow students were just 4-5 locals and the rest yoga practitioners from all over the world and the US. I feel so grateful and proud to be part of this community.
Best yoga studio worldwide 🙌🏼 I actually moved from Europe to Miami just to study there! The teachers are amazing, knowledgeable, kind and caring. The community is warm and welcoming. And the space is beautiful and full of good vibes. The daily classes are awesome, a lot of great workshops and trainings are available — attending their Ashtanga Practitioner Intensive was a wonderful and life changing experience. Highly recommended!!
Excellent space! Very organized, clean, with friendly people and great energy! We were totally impressed by the vibe and the dynamics of the place — it has so much potential for everyone. Don’t hesitate to check it out! The class with Henner was fantastic. He guided and helped us the entire time, showing true professionalism. He always offered modifications for each person’s level, while still pushing us to become our best version. He was kind, friendly, and welcoming. Thank you for everything!
This yoga studio is absolutely amazing and deeply respects the traditional roots of yoga. Teachers are truly exceptional: deeply knowledgeable and experienced, but also warm and present. I have been practicing for the last year and a half mostly with Joseph, but all are really great: Paige, Silvana, Edgar, Esme, Henner, Martin . . . and of course Kino & Tim just to name a few. There’s also an incredible sense of community here. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you’ll find support and friendship in this space. And the space it’s simply beautiful. From the natural light to the peaceful energy that fills the room. Practicing here is a gift ❤️ Highly recommended for anyone seeking not just a class, but a meaningful yoga experience.
