I was helped by Mario. He paid attention to the type of apartment I was looking for, was open to my feedback on the places he was selecting for me, and then we we found one, he moved fast so I could rent it quickly. He was always responsive, professional, and personable. I recommend them.
Flavia from the day we started talking was extremely patient and kind and very invested. I gave her some tough criteria with tight timelines ( calling her the day before I flew down etc) to meet with that I needed in a place to live and she delivered. She followed up constantly, made sure all the correct paper work was being done and answered every call and text Immediately. I can’t say enough about Flavia as a realtor and I also consider her a friend. Thankful to have had the chance to work with her!
Patrick was really helpful in getting me into a condo in the area that I wanted. He helped me navigate the whole thing, including communicating with the owner. He made the process simple and convenient.

The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I walked into their office just looking for a bit of information and ended up getting a ton of helpful advice from Folko (the owner). The next day, I met with Karen for a few inspections—she was down-to-earth, incredibly thorough, and took care of all my requests. A week later, I secured an apartment. Highly recommended!
