Their delivery team is great always on time, very professional, and incredibly flexible with drop-offs and pick-ups. They don’t just bring the bounce house, they always set up any extra items I rent too, like coolers, chairs, and other accessories, which makes everything stress-free. They were prompt with settting up our bounce house for our Trunk or Treat at school. The kids had a blast in it! We always use them and will again in the future!
Great company I use them every time and I have no issues. They also came to the park and brought the bounce house and I also rented tables and chairs. Excellent staff they help me with breaking down the tables. I will use them every time.
Whole process was easy and seamless. Booked online weeks ahead of time. On the actual day of the event; Jordan was awesome. They verified with me that it was okay to arrive and set up early so we had plenty of time to organize things for our party. The waterslide was a hit and we will definitely rent with them again!
Had a great experience with Michigan Bounce House Rentals, couldn’t be happier with their customer service and equipment. We had to reschedule our party several times due to weather and illnesses and each time they were extremely accommodating and flexible with our schedule.
